Australian-born Peter Crittenden served 25 years in the US Army, 20 yearsin Special Forces (Green
Beret), with integrity and honor.
As a career soldier Peter Crittenden learned leadership and planning skills; how to achieve success
through analytical problem-solving. Trained very early in his career to take charge and lead operations. A personal standard he lives by is: Be able to
accomplish complex tasks with little or no supervision, over long periods of time, while far from home station.
Peter recieved Leadership Instructor Training in the military, and had several years "on the platform"
formally teaching subjects such as SCUBA diving, survival & tracking skills, leadership, security-related subjects and cross cultural communications.
As he prepared for retirement from the military, Route Three suggested the skill sets he'd learned, lived & survived by in Special Forces could
best be put to use in commercial business applications.
Peter has given seminars in Risk Management for Independant Business Owners, and is a currently involved in developing a Leadership Training Program for
Commercial Application.
